Sessions of innovation

During the session

Participants work on each Action Mat independently in groups of 4.

At the end of each Action Mat the facilitator/trainer organizes exchanges between groups to share ideas, enrich propositions, stimulate creativity, and organize syntheses.

After the session
A Memory Book given to the participants allows them:
	To retain main learning themes.
	To develop and record their own diagnoses and action plans.
	To use it as a road map with their manager on proposed action plans.
